Understanding Your Costs
Your out-of-pocket costs depend on your individual insurance plan. During your course of care, you may be responsible for one or more of the following:
Copay
A fixed dollar amount due at each visit.
Deductible
The amount you must pay before your insurance begins sharing the cost of your care.
Coinsurance
A percentage of the cost of your visit after your deductible has been met.
Non-Covered Services
Some insurance plans limit or exclude certain services or visit amounts.
Patient balances, or at least a portion of them, are due at each visit.
We Verify Your Benefits
Understanding insurance coverage can be confusing, which is why our team works to verify your benefits before your first appointment.
We’ll help explain:
- Whether we’re in network with your insurance
- Any referral or authorization requirements
- Visit limitations, if applicable
- Your estimated out-of-pocket cost (Deductible, Copay, Co-insurance, etc.)
While we strive to provide the most accurate information possible, insurance companies make the final determination on eligibility, coverage, and payment. Benefit verification is an estimate and is not a guarantee of payment.
