Get to Know Me

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, my patients can expect a supportive, personalized approach focused on helping them move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they enjoy. I take time to understand each individual’s goals, lifestyle, and challenges, and create a plan that combines hands-on care, corrective exercise, and education. My goal is not only to help patients recover, but to give them the tools and confidence to maintain their progress long term.

I am a Physical Therapist Assistant and Personal Trainer because I don’t want to just help people feel better temporarily, I want to help them get stronger and move better for the long term. I’ve always been interested in how the body moves and teaching people how to move more efficiently to improve function and fitness, reduce pain, and prevent injury. Biomechanics and movement performance is a passion of mine, but I love what I do because I can bring that knowledge to each individual person that I am working with to make a positive impact in their lives.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and being active in my two kids’ sports and activities. I also enjoy riding horses, trail running, hiking, exercising, anything outdoors, and reading. I am most passionate about growth, both my own and people around me. I care deeply about meeting every person that comes into my life where they are at and being a support system for whatever growth, challenges, or opportunities they may be facing.
