Rice Lake
Our Rice Lake location offers access to specialized equipment that can be incorporated into your training program, including Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair, along with TRX and Barre-based training.
Bloomer
Our Bloomer location features a fully equipped fitness center with free weights, strength machines, functional training equipment, cardiovascular equipment, and a dedicated aerobics and functional training space. You’ll work one-on-one with a certified personal trainer to build a program that’s tailored to your goals, fitness level, and experience.

No. Personal training is available to anyone, whether or not you’ve received physical therapy at Optimum Therapies.
Is personal training only for experienced exercisers?
No. We work with youth and adults of all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes.
Can I continue training after physical therapy?

Will my workouts be personalized?
