Get to Know Me

My patients can expect a calm and gentle environment where peace and safety are cultivated. Each massage is tailored to the individual from neurological calming to deeper focused work. I strive to create space where you can stay present with your body and we can communicate openly to create a healing experience you will enjoy. I’m a massage therapist because we only have one body while we are here, and it’s sad that we spend so much time frustrated or hating something so important to our lives. I aim to help people reconnect with themselves and find a little solitude back within themselves.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing disc golf, hammocking, reading, board games, bird watching, and cooking. What I love about the community here is their willingness and drive to do better for themselves. They are hearty and steadfast in trying to help themselves feel better and live well.
